Allow to change order with first of items too.
Often I need to change order of cases in list but it's not possible shift upper (first) item down.

Desktop Software
When selecting Desktop Software as my Project Type it asks that I enter a Start URL. Our desktop software works with versions. When i enter a version number it automatically adds http//, is it possible that this can be a customized field.

Need to be able to mark failed tests to re test allowing a tester to go back and test individual sections rather than requiring to test the entire platform again

Alternative ways of creating tests / improve test creation view
Need a better view to create long tests with titled sections, and sub tests for each section

Remove objects
It was suggested the possibility to remove question and criteria from the test plans... Would it be wise to broaden this range of deletion features to other objects, such as deleting projects and test cases themselves?

Add a text box introduction
Add a text box to type in an introduction to the test plan. Telling the tester what they need to be running, like a mac or pc. Tells the tester what is the scope of the test plan and any need to know info before attempting the test plan.

Non English fonts are uggly and Serif instead Sans, e.g. Cyrillic fonts.

Ability to execute a test multiple times for the same user
I need that an user can execute the same test every day to check out that it keep working despite the new features were added. Now an user can do that ones.

Typo in Edit Test Plan error message
It says, "You cannot edit this test plan because testing have begun."
Should say "...has begun."
