Better indication of failures

Currently there is no high level way to tell how many failures occured for a certain test, while the matrix shows red and green dots I would like to be able to know quickly that my test has X about of failed tests.

I'm not sure if is the same topic, but I would like to have an indication of status of a test plan, directly from Dashboard. for exampel a red/green/yellow circle beside "results" link, that highlight if that Test Plan was already passed or failed..
